Standards welcome: Any standard welcome, from keep fit walkers to those who dream of representing their country.

A group of around eight walkers from 11 years to 40+ from keep fit to National Champions. Very varied training; intervals, fartlek, stepping stones, holding pace, distance, and more. Some sessions handicapped for added interest. Includes drills, Strength and Conditioning, and Games. And there's also the 'Top Trainer Challenge'!

The South Yorkshire League series of races run from March to October, once per month, a handicap competition allowing walkers to compete over 1km, 2km, 3km or 5km. Each walker with a different start time aimed to have them all cross the line at the same time!
